Dr. S. Bala Kishore is one of the few to be ranked in the league of eminent cardiologists. He is the most preferred destination for complex cardiac solutions. His consistent efforts and continuous thirst for knowledge and expertise conferred on him several awards and honours. Anumolu Seshagiri Rao memorial gold medal for best out going student in cardiology 2014...by Dr NTR UHS... Awarded Dr Marella Subbarao gold medal for best outgoing student In General Medicine 2010 by Dr NTR UHS Vijayawada. Sri Indravadan Modi gold medal for young investigator award in cardiology for his work on clinical outcomes of indigenous stents in Type C coronary lesions for year 2014. He has a decade of experience in interventional cardiology and has successfully performed 20000 cardiac procedures.

He has done pioneering work in the field of complex coronary intervention like: 

1. Primary Angioplasty 
   
2. Bifurcation stenting 
3. Left main coronary artery stenting
4. Post-bypass surgery coronary artery stenting 
5. Calcific coronary artery stenting using cutting balloon, rotational atherectomy. 

He has a special interest in evaluating and managing rhythm disorders of the heart and implanted more than 200 pacemakers. Double chamber, single chamber and ICD implantations. He has tremendous experience in device closure of congenital heart defects ASD, PDA, and VSD...and has performed more than 100 cases of device closures.
