Managing Director:
Mr. S.V. Kishore Reddy is the Promoter & Managing Director of the hospital. He has completed his schooling from Montfort Anglo Indian School, Yercaud and did his Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore and Masters in Technology Entrepreneurship from prestigious Nanyang technological University, Singapore and University of Washington Seattle, USA. After completing his education, he came back to Anantapur with a vision to serve and facilitate the people of his own district.
Anantapur is considered as a backward district. Earlier the people of this district had to travel to either Bangalore or Hyderabad for even basic medical needs. Hence setting up of a world class hospital with affordable costs to cater to the need of 40 lakhs population is a must. His determination & effort in bringing the best doctors, nurses, paramedical staff and providing the best infrastructure and equipment to enable best patient care is considered as a landmark. Today the hospital has 65 doctors and 400 nurses & paramedical staff in various departments. He was instrumental in implementation of the project. His vision that healthcare should move away from the cities to rural India has provided treatment to more than 5 lakh patients of the area and provided direct jobs to 980 people until date.
Chief Executive Officer:
Dr. P. Srinivasa Prasad is former director General of Railway Health Services in Ministry of Railways. He has experience in administering the Railway Health System over the entire country. He has over 35 years of experiences administering various railways hospitals across the country. He was instrumental in setting up a Super Speciality Hospital in Patna. His invaluable experience as a doctor and as an administrator in various positions in the medical field is a great asset to the company. He has strived in setting up this hospital as a model centre of health care to cater to the needs of the people of the area.
Medical Superintendent:
Dr. Abeeb Raja is the Medical Superintendent and Head – Dept of General, Laparoscopy, LASER and Bariatric Surgery. He is a core member of the management team at KIMS Saveera hospital and he is actively involved in talent acquisition, daily hospital operations as well as other functions related to the delivery of patient care.
He completed his bachelor’s degree (MBBS) in 2002 from Tamil Nadu, India. Later he completed his post graduation in General Surgery (Master in Surgery) from the prestigious Kasturba Medical college (Manipal), Mangalore. After finishing his post graduation, he completed his fellowships in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS and FIAGES). Later he worked at Rural Development Trust (RDT) Hospital, Bathalapalli, Anantapur district for a period of 5 years. He joined KIMS Saveera hospital in 2015. He was the organising secretary for Gastro Intestinal Surgery conference and work shop at national level for three consecutive years.
As a Senior Consultant Surgeon in the Department of General, Laparoscopy, LASER and Bariatric Surgery, his main area of expertise are advanced laparoscopic and LASER surgeries.
Head - Quality & Patient Safety:
Dr. Ravishankar Caleerappa is Head – Department of Critical Care & Anaesthesiology with 12 years of strong clinical experience. He played an important role in developing various clinical departments / sub-departments like Anaesthesiology, Critical Care & Emergency Medicine. He has helped in creating functional strategies, specific objectives & developed budgets / policies / procedures to support functional infrastructure. In addition to clinical excellence, he is an Academic Coordinator for DNB & other courses in the hospital, a frequent speaker in National Level CMEs, founder chairman of ISCCM - Anantapur chapter and an active member of the ISA local body.
Apart from his clinical excellence, he has a strong motive towards healthcare quality & patient safety. He did his MBA(Hospital & Health System Management) and pursued HCMA (Health Care Management and Analytics) from the prestigious IIM-K (Indian Institute of Management)Currently heading the Department of Quality & Patient Safety in the hospital.
He’s a certified Lean Six Sigma- BB. National level External assessor for NQAS (National Quality Assurance Standards) (MOHFW- Govt. of India) Mentor & Assessor - LAQSHYA (NHSRC-MOHFW) and, Assessor - NABH
His major contribution towards the hospital includes -

Executive Director :
Mrs. Y. Preethi Reddy has done her B.A (Psychology) from St. Francis College, Hyderabad. Diploma in Montessori education (Association Montessori Internationale - AMI ). She is in charge of Nursing education and also takes care of department policies and systems.
