Dr. Mahesh Garikapati also offers intraoperative Transesophageal Echocardiographic (TEE) guidance during valve repair procedures, enhancing surgical precision and patient safety. 

Dr. Mahesh Garikapati strongly believes in continuity of cardiac care beyond the hospital setting. To ensure accessible and consistent follow-up for his patients, he actively conducts outreach clinics at Kakinada, Tuni, Bobbili, Parvathipuram, Koraput, Jeypore, and Navrangpur.
