Brief Profile: 

    He completed his M.B.B.S. from Government Medical College, Yavatmal, and M.D. in Pediatrics from Seth G.S. Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai, with extensive clinical training at Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children, Mumbai. He subsequently underwent fellowship training in Pediatric Critical Care and Emergency Medicine at Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, and completed the Fellowship of the Academic College of Emergency Experts (FACEE) under the Indo–US collaborative program.

    Dr. Jamdar has completed Level 3 Certification in Pediatric Simulation through PediSTARS, and is a trained simulation expert. 

    He is an IAP certified ALS and BLS Instructor and serves as a teacher and examiner for the IAP Intensive Care Chapter Fellowship Program in Pediatric Critical Care and Emergency Medicine. 

    He is also a peer reviewer for medical journals and has authored book chapters and review articles in the fields of Pediatric Critical Care, Pediatric Emergency Medicine, and simulation-based medical education.

    With over a decade of experience in leading Pediatric Critical Care and Emergency programs, Dr. Jamdar has been instrumental in establishing pediatric intensive care units and emergency departments as part of greenfield healthcare projects. He also has significant expertise in transplant critical care, having been associated with one of Western India's leading Pediatric Liver Transplant programs.

    Dr. Jamdar holds national leadership positions within the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP), including National Convener for Pediatric Critical Care Nursing and National Coordinator of the STEPIN Program, a national initiative dedicated to pediatric critical care nursing education. He also served as the West Zone Representative for the IAP INSPIRE educational initiative.

    His areas of interest include simulation-based healthcare education, point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), and quality improvement in pediatric critical care. He is committed to delivering evidence-based, compassionate care with multidisciplinary collaboration.
