Brief Profile: 

    He completed his M.B.B.S. from Government Medical College, Yavatmal, followed by M.D. in Pediatrics from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College & General Hospital (LTMMC & GH), Sion, Mumbai. He subsequently completed the Indian Diploma in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine (IDPCCM) and Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care at Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, and also holds the Fellowship of the Academic College of Emergency Experts (FACEE) in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.

    Dr. Shah has completed Level 3 Certification in Pediatric Simulation through PediSTARS, one of India's leading faculty development programs in simulation-based medical education. He is a Faculty Trainer in Simulation, a certified ATLS Instructor, IAP PALS Instructor, IAP BLS Instructor, and an IAP-accredited Teacher for the IAP Fellowship Programs in Pediatric Critical Care and Pediatric Emergency Medicine.

    With over a decade of experience in Pediatrics, Pediatric Critical Care and Emergency Medicine, Dr. Shah has worked at leading tertiary care centres including CMC Vellore, Global Hospital, SRCC Children's Hospital, and MRR Children's Hospital. He has been involved in establishing and developing pediatric critical care programs, including new PICUs and dedicated Pediatric Liver Transplant ICUs. 

    His professional interests include simulation-based medical education, quality improvement, critical care of immunocompromised and post-transplant children, advanced organ support therapies, POCUS, and evidence-based pediatric critical care.

    He is committed to advancing pediatric critical care and emergency services through clinical excellence, innovation, simulation-based education, faculty development, and compassionate family-centred care.
