· Contact you from personal mobile numbers or personal WhatsApp
accounts for payments;
· Ask you to share your OTP, PIN, CVV, passwords, or any other
confidential banking credentials.

verification shall be solely at the payer's risk. The Hospital and its
Management shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, fraud, or
consequences arising from such transactions.

suspicious communication claiming to represent the Hospital, do not
respond, click on any link, scan any QR code, or make any payment. Report
the incident immediately using the official contact details provided above.
