About:
Dr. Manoj Vasireddy is an accomplished Consultant Neurologist and Interventional Neurologist at KIMS Hospitals, Kondapur, Hyderabad. He completed his super-specialty training—DM in Neurology—at the prestigious St. John’s Medical College Hospital, Bangalore, one of the country's foremost tertiary referral centers and centers of academic excellence.
Backed by extensive post-doctoral fellowship training and the coveted European Diploma in Stroke Intervention (EDSI), Dr. Manoj combines robust clinical expertise across general neurology, neuro-immunology, and neurocritical care with advanced capabilities in minimally invasive endovascular catheter interventions.
His clinical practice covers the entire spectrum of brain, spine, and nerve disorders. He has a specialized focus on autoimmune and neuro-immunological conditions—including Myasthenia Gravis, Multiple Sclerosis, Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS), Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP), and Optic Neuritis—regularly utilizing advanced immunotherapy protocols, Intravenous Immunoglobulin (IVIg), and Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (Plasmapheresis) to achieve rapid stabilization and long-term remission.
In the cath lab, Dr. Manoj leads round-the-clock emergency neurovascular rescue services, performing life-saving endovascular procedures including emergency mechanical thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke, carotid and intracranial stenting, brain aneurysm coiling, and vascular malformation embolization. He is dedicated to tertiary academic rigor, rapid-triage emergency protocols, and compassionate, evidence-based patient care.
