Many people may be concerned about their potential fertility although they may not be currently trying for a baby. You can visit us at KIMS with any of these concerns and one of our specialists will be able to advise you with regard to the relevant tests, treatments and techniques. If you are attending KIMS for IVF or other forms of assisted conception, fertility tests will be carried out as part of your treatment with us. For couples wishing to conceive, a number of fertility tests are available. These include hormone blood tests such as FSH, LH, oestrogen, prolactin and anti-mullerian hormone to test for female fertility and semen analysis (to measure sperm count) to test for male fertility. These tests can help to determine the cause of infertility and assist in choosing the right treatment options.
