Dr. Mahesh Gudelli is a dedicated and highly skilled Clinical and Interventional Pulmonologist with over 8 years of vast experience in the diagnosis and management of Complex Respiratory Diseases. He has strong clinical acumen combined with excellent communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills, thereby enabling effective collaboration with healthcare professionals and compassionate patient care.

His areas of expertise include Advanced Interventional Pulmonology, Management of Airway and Parenchymal lung diseases, Pleural disorders, Lung malignancies, and Sleep-related breathing disorders. Dr. Mahesh has extensive training in Advanced Interventional Pulmonary procedures performed in state-of-the-art facilities across the country, including Intercostal drainage, Medical Thoracoscopy, both Diagnostic & Therapeutic, Diagnostic and Therapeutic Bronchoscopy, including Rigid Bronchoscopy, Endobronchial Ultrasonography (EBUS), Endobronchial and Transbronchial lung biopsies, Cryo-Lung biopsy, and Airway Foreign Body removal.

He has a strong academic inclination with research interests in Airway diseases, Lung malignancies, Sleep medicine, Pulmonary Critical care, and advanced interventional pulmonology.

Dr. Mahesh currently serves as Consultant - Clinical & Interventional Pulmonology at KIMS Hospitals, Minister Road, Secunderabad, Hyderabad. He is also the Course Director and Faculty for the Interventional Pulmonology Fellowship Programme at KIMS Hospitals, conducted in association with the Indian Association for Bronchology (IAB), thereby contributing actively to training and mentoring the next generation of Pulmonologists.
