• Pursued my MBBS degree  from Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada in the 1998 batch
• DA from Osmania Medical College and hospital Hyderabad in 2007.
• DNB training from MEDWIN HOSPITALS, Abids, Hyderabad from 2011 to 2013.
• Fellowship in Pain Management.

Experience: 15 year

• In 2010 I joined as a Junior Consultant in the Dept of Anaesthesiology, critical care and pain management in KAMINENI HOSPITALS at king Koti. Had adequate training in pain management under Dr. Muralidhar Joshi  HOD  dept of Anaesthesiology, critical care and Pain.
• In 2011 joined MEDWIN HOSPITALS as DNB secondary resident. Worked till 2013, and had adequate training in cardiac anaesthesia for 15 months.
• In 2013 joined as Consultant Anaesthesiologist, in the dept of Anaesthesiology and Critical care in OXYGEN HOSPITALS, Alwal. Managed all types of surgeries and cases in ICU and worked till August 2015.
• In 2015 I joined Sunshine Hospitals as a Consultant anesthesiologist, in the Department of  Medical Gastroenterology. From 2018 to date working as a consultant in both Operation Theatre and Gastroenterology departments.

I. Expertise:  

Having sound knowledge in balanced, safe anaesthesia and ethics  Proficient in conducting  General Anaesthesia and Spinal Anaesthesia for all types of major and minor surgeries and procedures,  Good at communication skills, adequate counselling during PAC check-ups.  Versatile at securing central lines and arterial lines. Had secured several times PA catheter.. Been highly vigilant Gained adequate knowledge in PAIN MANAGEMENT  of various problems like cancer pain, chronic backache, and postoperative pain.

Had almost 15months of CARDIAC ANAESTHESIA exposure . Dealt the pt from PAC, securing central lines and pressure lines, induction, on the pump, off-pump, various cardiac events and complications,  recovery, postop ventilatory support and extubation. Post-operative care and pain management. Had done several surgeries like CABG, VALVE cases, Congenital heart diseases, and aortic dissection. Done cases both on pump and off pump cases.  Had knowledge in IABP Pump.  Managed skill fully all cases in ICU like Acute coronary syndromes, MI, CCF, severe LV dysfunction, HOCM and medical cases  like fever, septic shock, ARF, CKD, COPD, ARDS, Cirrhosis,  hepatic failure, coagulopathies, electrolyte metabolic disorders, poisoning,  and various poly trauma  CVA, IC bleed, intracranial aneurysms etc

Had rich experience of 7 years in the field of Anaesthesia in  Medical Gastroenterology at Sunshine Hospital, Secunderabad.  Had been part of  many workshops in the field of Gastroenterology. I am very much familiar with Anaesthesia for Endoscopies, Colonoscopies, ERCP, EUS, Cystogastrostomies, Metal stent placements, variceal bleeds,

Area of Interest: Renal Transplant and Transplant Anaesthesia, Complicated Orthopaedic surgeries, Bariatric surgery, High-risk surgeries, Day care procedures, Ambulatory anaesthesia, Neuro Anaesthesia.
