l As a Biochemist, managing all day to day activities of laboratory. Developing, implementing and monitoring quality management programs to ensure compliance with all applicable National and international guidelines. Responsible for audits and assembling QA metrics in conjunction with QA manager.

Technical Assessor for ISO-15189:2022 since 2018 for QAI-Quality and Accreditation Institute and have done assessment for various hospitals.

Organizing Secretary:

Successfully organized Lab Directors Conclave on January 30th and 31st 2023 as organizing secretary. This conclave was attended by 150 plus Lab Directors from India and abroad and was reviewed as 4.72 out of 5.0

Also organized ISO 15189:2022 Training at KIMS Hospitals during 24-27th May 2023

Also organized ISO 15189:2022 Training at KIMS Hospitals for KIMS Laboratory professionals of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh during 20-21st January 2024

Director FQ(I) Telangana Chapter:

Director of Telangana chapter of FQ(I)-Foundation for Quality India, from May 2023. FQI is non-profit organization established in 2013 with headquarters at Bangalore has trained more than 25000 laboratory professionals on implementation of quality standards as per international standards. Beside India, FQI has been imparting training programmes in countries like Nepal, UAE, Bangladesh, Maldives, Iraq etc.
