• Worked with ANU GROUP OF HOSPITALS, VIJAYAWADA  
• Started Critical Care Nephrology with extracorporeal therapies like CRRT/SCUF 
• Started Kidney Transplant Program (including training of transplant nurses) 
• Designed and implemented management protocols and SOPs for handling kidney patients 
• Trained Nephrology nurses in handling renal patients 
• Did more than 500 hemodialysis treatments per month 
• Performed 200 plus renal biopsies, two live kidney transplants, 120 plus sessions of plasmapheresis over the past 6 years
