He has been performing Advanced structural Interventions (TAVI, TMVR, TTVR), Balloon Valvuloplasty (PBAV, PBMV, PBPV), Complex & high-risk coronary Interventions (Bifurcations – LM & non-LM, Multi-vessel, CHIP-CTO) Image-guided PCI – IVUS/OCT, functional PCI with FFR, PCI with Mechanical Circulatory Support (IABP, ECMO & Impella), high risk complex interventional procedures like primary PCI, PCI in MI with cardiogenic shock, PCI during CPR with IABP and ventilator support in acute MI with cardiac arrest, Performs non coronary interventions like PTA of carotids with and without embolic protection devices, PTA of renal and peripheral vessels like ileo femoral, below  knee and upper limb vessels, trans femoral stent grafting of aortic aneurysms, valvular interventions, pacemaker implantation, performs PCI through both femoral and radial approach with thrombus aspiration for thrombus containing lesions, Atherectomy for diffusely fibrotic long-standing peripheral vascular disease Pts with non-healing ulcers and critical limb ischemia, IVC filters and interventional procedures for peripheral and pulmonary thromboembolic disorders.

VII. Awards & Honours:

  1. State 3rd rank holder in the medical entrance exam.
  2. He is the 1st cardiologist in Andhra Pradesh to perform Bifurcation stent grafting of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm through percutaneous approach and device Atherectomy for peripheral vascular disease. 
  3. Dr. Sridhar was awarded as best Cardiologist (2003) for outstanding contribution in the field of cardiology by the Council of Industrial & trade development through Honorable Governor Surjit Singh Barnala of Andhra Pradesh.
  4. Won the second best case award of EURO PCR-2014 for Endovascular repair of long total occlusion of thoracic Aorta- takayasu Aortatis.
