Critically ill infant recovers fully at KIMS Cuddles, Nellore

A Newborn’s Fight. A Remarkable Recovery. ❤️

A critically ill 2.9 kg newborn suffering from severe breathing distress, shock and suspected Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension (PPHN) was successfully treated at KIMS Cuddles, Nellore.

Under the expert care of the NICU team, the baby received advanced neonatal support, including High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV) and specialized treatment to stabilize the condition.

✨ With 24-hour continuous monitoring and advanced neonatal care, the baby was weaned off invasive ventilation by Day 3 and was breathing independently without oxygen by Day 10.
