Dr. Anju Jain Jose

Overview:

Dr Anju Jain Jose is an MS ENT graduate with specialized training in Head and Neck Surgery. She is proficient in handling ENT emergencies and is skilled in performing major surgical and diagnostic procedures. 

Dr. Anju Jain Jose completed her MBBS from Kannur Medical College in 2010. She obtained her MS in ENT from Government Medical College, Alappuzha, in 2018, and passed the DNB in ENT through the National Board Examination in 2023. She earned her Fellowship in Rhinology from MCV Memorial ENT Trust Hospital, Pollachi in 2024.

She has gained proficiency in procedures performed under general anaesthesia such as adenotonsillectomy, tympanoplasty, and mastoid exploration. She is trained in functional endoscopic sinus surgery, tongue-tie release, and microlaryngeal surgery.,

She has demonstrated excellence in the emergency management of conditions such as stridor and foreign bodies in the ear, nose, and throat. She holds expertise in diagnostic nasal endoscopy, video endoscopy, and endoscopic sinus surgery using a microdebrider.

She also has significant experience in managing critical conditions such as Ludwig's angina and malignant otitis externa,.She is well-trained and highly skilled in these areas. 

She served as a Senior Resident at Government Medical College, Alappuzha, from 2022 to 2023. She also worked as a Senior Resident at Travancore Medical College (Medicity), Kollam in 2023.

Submitted an abstract on “Mucormycosis of Gingivae” at AOICON 2025. Successfully completed a Fellowship in Rhinology from MCV Memorial ENT Trust Hospital, Pollachi in 2024. In the same year, received a certificate in Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery from IMMAST, Pune. Presented a paper on the second branchial cleft at KENTCON 2023. In 2021, was selected for a paper presentation on “Giant Cell Tumour of the Temporal Bone” at the MAGENTA conference. Thus, she has achieved several notable accomplishments in her field.
