🩺 Dr. Babu S Madarkar, Chief Neonatologist & Clinical Director at KIMS Cuddles, Secunderabad, warns that India — once known for malnutrition — is now facing an obesity epidemic among kids.

He stresses that tackling obesity needs both physical activity and mental well-being, and calls for parental lifestyle changes and more physical education in schools.
